After much hard work, late studio nights, an ass load of vinyl, many afternooners, and tons of sketches, the Spillmanville Funnies have now been installed at the Art Museum At The University of Memphis' Casework's Project.
I am very proud of these pieces and their lowbrow potty humor, and must say that they were a joy to make. I learned a great deal about loosening up, even though it may not show. There are 5 comix in the show and will be on display into the new year.
